I’m going to give these a 5 start because it’s the first probiotic I actually think might be working for me. I’ve taken probiotics before. I’ve tried high dollar one, refrigerated one, inexpensive but highly recommended ones. I never knew if they were working or just a placebo effect…or, a little of both. I don’t know how effective any of them really are. But, I can tell you the minute I started taking these I actually got all the symptoms they say you can experience when you start taking a probiotic. I’ve been taking them about 3 weeks now. In the beginning I immediately had a ton of noice in my stomach and intestines. A lot! I had other symptoms but now after 3 weeks don’t hear as much noise, starting to feel more awake. I thought I felt good before, but now I can kind of compare and I definitely think these actually are working. Anyone like me who’s tried probiotic and wondered if they are working or not, try these. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!

I liked this product, ended up going with a cheaper brand, didn't see any results other than what I had with other brands, but wanted to try it. Well packaged, high quality.
