This is a perfectly sized ottoman. The storage is a bonus. Lots of space for stuff I don’t want to have out and on side table.

We bought this as a Christmas gift for my sister... It was way above our expectations! The lid opens and has a hinge system, so you don't have to pull the whole cover completely off. Easy to assemble... all you have to do is screw on the 4 legs! We ordered the brown, and it's a beautiful, rich brown. The storage compartment is nice a big, you could put a lot in there! We put in a big couch pillow (as her other gift) and it fit in there no problem! It can go with any decor... rich and classy to cabin and comfy! When I'm ready to replace my cheap ones in my living room... definitely getting this one for me! My sister was so, so happy and grateful! Beautiful piece of furniture, and the price was just right!

This is a decent, cheap ottoman. Assembly consists of screwing on the feet, However, when they are tight, they might not exactly be in the configuration you want, so there' that. Also, this is obviously pleather.The storage is really nice - a decent size and easy to lift the top to get to things.A downside with the pleather is that the cardboard corners they put in to protect the ottoman in the box left impressions on the sides. Time will tell if they eventually smooth out, They appear to be getting a little smoother. I may see if applying a little steam from a clothing steamer helps this along.Also, the little plastic feet on the bottom don't really slide on carpeting. They protect the floor from scratches, but they're not "slide-y." I ended up prying them off and replacing them with small stick-on carpet glides.

Have had a handful of months so far with it and no major issues. It did come a little off kilter-wobbly, as though one of the legs was different than the others. Seems sturdy enough for storage of blankets and sheets. Actually helped weigh it down so it wobbles LESS.

This is a really beautiful ottoman. Much higher quality than expected. Very happy with this purchase.
