We have had this honey previously and it was runny. This time it is like set honey and even though in a warm room it still is set rigid. The taste is excellent though.

I bought this Bulgarian Honey as a gift for a honey loving friend.She loves the subtleness of the flavour and the excellent quality of the honey itself.We both thought it very good value for such a super product and agreed we would definitely get it again and again.

We bought so many different honeys over the years, but we find this particular one, one of the best "in our opinion". The taste is just fantastic. From now on we will only buy honey which comes from a single source, unlike supermarked honey that can contain a mixture of several different sourced honey, which is a blend and you can not trace the origin.Organic, raw and unpasteurised honey has far more health benefits than the other honey.

I really liked this honey and have just ordered a second lot. I looked at many different organic raw honeys before choosing this one and I’m completely happy with my purchase. I decided on the herbal honey out of the different varieties they offer and it has a lovely taste. I like the idea that the bees have had access to so many plants in a pristine environment, and also that the producers only use honey from their own beehives and don’t mix it with other products in order to extend their capacity. The honey is unpasteurised and coldpressed, which is great.It was thick and crystallised, which I really like, but on the occasions that I needed it to be runny, I warmed it very slightly and it was runny within seconds. The size is good as it lasted a long time and is very good value in my opinion for raw organic honey. I look forward to trying some of their other varieties of honey soon. Highly recommend this product.

I actually bought this honey by mistake. I thought it was Greek honey. It's actually Bulgarian in origin.It's delicious! A light floral note to the taste, great consistency and fantastic on toast or with Greek yoghurt.Yum. 10/10.
