A good toner, it wont sting, smells good, it's too expensive for the amount tho.,I cant tell if it’s whitening product . It’s more like a witch hazel with a scent.

I bought this product for my wife coming from Philippines. I wanted to buy her products she knows and uses. For the price 9.99 and for the size it's not worth it. I think this size should be sold at dollar tree as travel size. I'm going to attempt to purchase this product in a store. Other wise unfortunately for my filpino wife. We are no longer supporting this brand in our house. Go make your corporate greed somewhere else.
