The size chart needs to include the waist line. I bought the size according to the length of my dog… she was too thin and it slipped right off of her.

False Advertising!
I ordered a medium and the picture for that size shows the Garnet outfit, what arrived was the all white outfit which looks stupid on my all white dog!
