I bought this as a textbook for my pharmacology class. However, there is no access code for any of the online materials listed, and the area where the code is supposed to be is completely blank.

This textbook is straight forward with essential information pertaining to assessment. The topics are straight forward highlighting from cultural competency to clinical assessment. This book is an essential tool in learning and practice.
