I have order this produced many times in the past with no problem.But twice this month I have ordered this and received the wrong hair.I keep getting "prebraided " Box Braid Hair Crochet delivered instead of Soft Dread Lock Hair Twist Braids .Its frustrating.

Loc were too soft, almost like curls. Would be better as crochet style if you pull apart the locs.
