So glad I purchased this. I was a little skeptical at first but I am very happy with it. Reeds come out straight and play better than they have. Not tossing them out so fast now.

Very useful

Overall, I’m super pleased with this reed case. It keeps six reeds perfectly humidified and safe from the elements. The corners of my baritone sax reeds get a little close to hitting the edges, but as long as you don’t just cram it in there you’ll be fine.My only issue with this reed case is the construction. For some reason, one half of the case is too loose, so my reeds can occasionally fall out of it. This isn’t a terrible issue as I’m usually pretty careful with it anyways, however it can be irritating if I’m trying to swap reeds quickly.

The container is good but the sponge on the botom is not higienic.

Keeps my reeds feeling nice and fresh. Haven't had a warp since buying this!

Excellent humidity controlled reed case.

Love this case for my alto sax reeds, now that I have this case my reeds don’t warp and the fuzzy sounds that I used to have with the brittle dry reeds is gone, my tone has never sounded better. It’s a more expensive purchase but it’s definitely worth it if you go through reeds a lot or if you have problems with your reeds warping. (One notice: I left my reeds in this case for ten days inside my saxophone and when I opened my case it reeked from a mildewy smell, so if you won’t be using them for a just keep them out so they breathe. I just soaked the sponge in vinegar for a day, rinsed it out and it works like new!)

It’ll pay for itself in the long term by keeping your reeds in good condition. It’s plastic so it isn’t “tough” but it’s not flimsy or thin. It does what it claims.

My son uses these for his reeds for saxaphone and clarinet. They work perfectly. Highly recommend

Je cherchais un produit pour garder mes anches après avoir joué. En les sortant, elles sont top , bien humidifiées et je peux économiser sur les boîtes d’anches. Je recommande.

La custodia esteticamente si presenta molto bene e anche al tatto la plastica restituisce una rassicurante sensazione di robustezza. Il "bollo" lo trovo spesso blu, ma penso sia perché ho il riscaldamento a pavimento e la custodia del sax a contatto con lo stesso, quindi probabilmente tende a seccare se non suono lo strumento quotidianamente. Se invece suono tutti i giorni, pulendo l'ancia con l'acqua prima di riporla e bagnando l'apposita spugnetta, il "bollo" rimane rosa. Se sia in grado di prolungare la vita delle ance non saprei dirlo con certezza, lo uso da troppo poco tempo per dare un giudizio corretto. In ogni caso il rapporto qualità/prezzo mi pare adeguato. Consiglio solo di fare attenzione alla sigla, perché ci sono due tipi diversi di porta-ance, uno più grande per le ance del tenore e uno più piccolo per quelle del contralto, che è quello che sto utilizzando.

Lo consiglio, perchè lo utilizzo tutt'ora dopo anni. Unica pecca la spugna interna che si rovina facilmente (si è creata la muffa e ho dovuto buttarla)

Easy to use. The tips of the reeds stay flat and the reeds are correctly hydrated and therefore last longer.
