I took measurements first to make sure they fit. Attached them on the same day of arrival. They seem sturdy and were easy to attach. Bought them after a neighbor's cat fell out of their window in the eighth floor and died despite a fly screen being attached. I live even higher up. Just want to make sure neither a guest nor maintenance will ever open my windows further than a kitty can get through.

I’m on a lower level apartment and like to have windows open at night. These locks fit my windows perfectly and are very durable. Highly recommend this product for extra security with windows.

Good solid security products have 6 windows and ordered the package of 6.

The hex key didn’t work with my windows so I had to use the vertical one. Love the thickness. I felt I was able to tighten them more than the old school butterfly bolted locks. Bought these because my toddler likes to climb out windows, so here’s to hoping these works since he can’t take them off.
