I like this product. It has 220 mg of caffeine in a small scoop that’s provided. I put a scoop of it in my thermos of green tea and drink it throughout the morning. Gives me good energy for several hours.

Difficult to mix into drink
I have noticed this mix definitely gives a good amount of caffeine, but it is hard to mix and most liquids need to be warm for it to dissolve. Not a huge problem, but enough of an inconvenience that I don’t tend to grab it.
