Yuasa long established quality battery brand
This battery saved us a shed load of money! Our fence energiser suddenly stopped working, so it could have been 2 or 3 possible causes. PV cells gone down, the PCB had packed up or the 6V onboard back-up battery had died. Having tested various parts of the power circuit and the wiring to the PV cells, it turned out to be the battery. Which was a far more cost effective replacement than the prospect of a brand new fence energiser. Under £20.00 for the battery vs. £180 for a new energiser, you do the maths!
