Feels very pleasant, well formulated but somewhat overhyped and overpriced
The claims made for this product are superlative and there is some scientific evidence that it is an effective antioxidant, anti cancer agent and thickener of the outer layer. The manufacturers believe that it is as good as tretinoin or retinol without the irritation.Unfortunately the company has a track record of exaggerating its products and has been ordered to tone down its claims in America. Most of the description on the listing is mumbo jumbo marketing hype with no link to the genuine scientific support, such as it exists. Also, experience suggests it is just as prone to cause irritation and redness as retinol.Overall, it's not a bad product and there is some science to support it, but it isn't as good as claimed and probably doesn't justify the high price.

Felt great - not convinced.
The cream itself felt amazing and silky smooth. It sits really well on the face and absorbs really easily. Although after a month of use I wasn't convinced I could see a difference in anything.

Not for me
After using it for about 2 weeks I got blemishes on the skin. Which disappeared when I went back to my old cheap cream

Good quality moisturiser - leaves my skin soft and looking in better condition.
A light gel that's easy to apply morning and evening. Quickly absorbed into the skin and makes a good base for makeup however; the cream does remain a little bit sticky. I only use a small amount and gently dab my face and neck with a tissue before I apply foundation. This is a good quality moisturiser but there's not a lot, 50 ml/1.7 oz, inside the pot so it won't last for long if you're using twice daily. What I like is the immediate plumping up of surface skin which helps reduce the appearance of light lines particularly around the eyes and mouth where they're the most obvious. Leaves my skin looking and feeling hydrated which gives it a better general appearance. Fragrance free but there's a real mix of chemicals here and though I don't have any reaction/redness after use it's in your interest to check that out if you have any sensitivity.

It makes a minor improvement but is far too expensive.
StriVectin Multi-Action Restorative Cream 50 mlThe cream. This is a 50 ml pot of skin restorative creamUsing.A little goes a long way and at the p[rice asked I am glad it does ! Just massage it into the skin at night and leave it to do its work.Results.It does smooth the skin and blend away some of the very light blemishes. It takes time to work and my wife has been using it for 6 weeks now. There is a definite improvement in her skin but not any better than other much cheaper creams she has used. She uses Ulay a lot and this gives equal results in her opinion.Overall.It does help a little but is very expensive for what it does.

Give your skin a treat!
After using this cream twice a day for 2 weeks my skin definitely feels softer, plumper and smoother. The cream is a gel type substance and you only need a very small amount and it goes a long way - you have to be careful not to use too much or it can end up feeling a little sticky. It claims to do a lot of good for your skin and there's a lot of science behind it although with the current price tag of £67, however amazing it is - it's not something I'd want to keep buying regularly - also, the pot size isn't vast either so if this was more around the £40 price range then I'd feel happier continuing with using it!It is a lovely cream and leaves your skin feeling great, if it goes on sale I'll be stocking up!

Dissapointed
I was asked if I’d like to review StriVectin Multi-Action Restorative Cream 50 ml and I said yes, as I’d just finished using my usual anti-wrinkle cream and I wanted to see if this would work any better. The company says that it helps with twelve key signs of aging, which are:-fine lines, wrinkles, density, firmness, sagging, texture, dehydration, dullness, discoloration, clarity, resilience and enlarged pores. The formula includes NIA-114 technology, so it replenishes and strengthens the moisture barrier to diminish water loss and maintain hydration levels, optimising skin performance to fortify against future aging.Use this twice a day, (morning and night), after you’ve cleansed your face. It’s a lovely moisturiser and it does help with skin hydration levels.I‘ve been using this for just over two weeks now, and have seen little improvement, so we’ll see how things are after I’ve used the entire 50ml jar, (will update my review then). All I can say for now it’s expensive for what it is and for what it does, (which is very little so far).Update 31/3/18Used this for a month and apart from it being a nice moisturiser it didn't reduce the signs of fine line and wrinkles. That's why I'm changing my number of stars from 3 to 2.I'd save your money and buy something else.

Too Thick For Me
This was too thick for me and it had no scent at all, so I didn't enjoy using it. It makes some bold claims on the packet about anti-aging, but I didn't notice any difference after using it.
