Pleasantly surprised!!!
It’s not a miracle worker but 100 percent delivers and does what it says it is going to do. I was pleasantly surprised. I rent and am relieved I do not need to leave behind a scratched up appliance. I personally needed to use the entire bottle after many applications, but it got the job done. Only slightly detectable at this point. Read the directions carefully!! At this point I’m convinced that anyone who did not see results didn’t take the time to read the directions. Not brain surgery and easy to do, but if not done correctly you will not see the results.

Professional Range Saved
This product saved my $9000 professional range. While attempting to remove the large cast iron metal grate it slipped through my hands and gouged the stainless bullnose with a very deep 3” long scratch. The scratch was so deep, it literally caught my fingernail. I called the company to get some advice on how to proceed with such a deep gouge in the stainless and to my surprise, they had the owner of the company call me back because of my special circumstance. Barry, walked me through the process- it took a little over an hour to sand out the deep scratch, but it WORKED! After completing all the steps, the bullnose looks brand new. The linear lines even match the factory finish.I forgot to take a before photo, but at least you can see the repaired photo.

Total scam! Do not buy!
Total Scam! Doesn't work at all. In fact, it makes my stainless steel range worse than ever with more scratch marks!

It works and is easy to use.
This produce works on stainless steel stove tops. We had light circular patches of scratches \from overzealous cleaning with a scouring pad/steel wool and a couple deeper scratches from dropped pans. This removed them all (or likely more accurately .....overlaid the scratches with micro-scratches all going to same direction with the grain of the stainless steel...thus broke up the circular/deeper scratches so you did not see them anymore). Product is easy and fast to use...for 6 dime size circular scratches and 2 dings it took 20 min to fix. It does not restore your stove top to brand new, but it gets rid of the ugly circular patches and dings. Our stove top looks a lot better. I would buy it again 100%. The only reason I gave it 4 and not 5 stars is the cost....even then ....the produce is semi-unique and works....so maybe worth more stars than 4.

Follow the directions and works great!
I had some medium-sized scratches on my new grill. The instructions are very clear, follow them, and it works as advertised. Tested with the included test strip to confirm the metal wasn't coated. I started with the gray pad with a small amount of liquid, as instructed. After 6-7 passes in the same direction of the metal, the scratches diminished, but I needed to move to the coarser pad (brown) as instructed. After 7-8 light passes and a wipe with the red microfiber cloth included, the scratches were gone! I returned to the gray pad as instructed for a few more passes to blend into the surrounding area. I wiped it down and did a last pass with some stainless steel cleaner, and I couldn't even notice the original scratches. Great product, and I highly recommend it!

Helps Remove Fine Scratches
I have an undermount stainless steel sink with numerous scratches. Most of the scratches are concentrated in two corners. I was planning to replace the sink until I was told that it would take a lot of work and that the counter top might need to be removed/replaced with it. When I heard about Scratch-B-Gone I thought it might be the answer to my problem. I receive the product very quickly. I followed the instructions and spent just over two hours working on the sink and also a strip of stainless trim in front of my stovetop. The following is my evaluation of the product.Scratch-B -Gone will remove very fine scratches. It will also help to fade the deeper ones. When I say deeper ones, I'm talking about scratches that I can barely feel with my finger nail. However, it won't polish them out completely. I used the Burgundy Course Foam-Backed Pad, as well as the Extra Course Finger Strip, to no avail. In fact, the finger strip actually introduced some new scratches. I also noted some burnished areas (shiny spots) in the sink, evidently caused by my overusing the Gray Finishing Pad. This was corrected for the most part by switching back to the Brown Reconditioning Pad.Overall, I would say that Scratch-B-Gone removed a little over half the noticeable scratches and improved the look of my sink and stovetop to the point where I can live with it. Again, that was after two hours of elbow grease and poring over the instructions to make sure I wasn't missing something. It should also be noted that some of the scratches seemed to come back after a couple days. I'm planning another application of Scratch-B-Gone to see if that helps. Was it worth it? Replacing the appliances would have cost a whole lot more.

$51 v calling a handyperson? YES - follow the directions *carefully*
I bought this kit in April 2024 but was too nervous to use it. We remodeled our kitchen in 2006 and soon afterwards, our housekeeper used the green scouring pad side of the sponge on our 48" wide Vent-a-Hood. GRRRR. For 18 years there have been two large arcs shining in the kitchen lights. I have been trying to ignore them. I was too cheap to hire someone to eliminate them, and too scared to try a random webpage recommendation. Well, we are replacing our refrigerator, so it's the perfect opportunity to try out this kit. I followed the instructions carefully and the long scratch the drawer made on the refrigerator is completely GONE. I then tried it on the light scuffs (also from the rough side of a sponge) on my pillowtop stainless steel backsplash on the stove - scratches completely GONE. Then I used this on the hood. The arcs are gone, but because it's a large area, the strokes from scuffing out the arcs are not as blended as well as I'd like. However, I can only see the arcs if I go up close to the hood and look from the side. So happy! I'll work on blending the strokes later. There were deep scratches on the back of the stove frame from installation (grrrr!) that have been irking me for 18 years. Now they are practically gone. I am sooooo happy!! Irritated at myself that I didn't try this years ago.
