It works great and doesn't pinch as it spins. It's easy to use but after a few minutes you start to feel it, especially in the legs. Only reason I took a star off is because the time counter is way off. Doing 11 minutes the counter will show over 15 minutes, doing 15 minutes it shows over 22 minutes so don't rely on that for timing your workout!

It was packed neatly and had everything as expected. I’ve used it twice now for 30 minutes each time. As in other reviews it didn’t get caught in my clothes. I can not compare it to other brands but this one seems of great quality. Also my counter works well. As with any other sport (activity) there is a learning curve. It doesn’t take long but you have to figure out the pattern. I would recommend.

There is nothing wrong with this product but I thought it can work with all body types. I wanted to loos weight while getting my waste toned but when ever I would use this product it would just go down to my hip bone. I tried adjusting it to my size but it physically would not get any smaller to the point where I wanted it to be. I wish I could have known this information before I bought it. Over all don't use it unless you are plus size. Also I don't know why they advertise this product like it will work on skinny people. I feel like that is very misleading.

This may be due to my age (70 yof) but I can’t make more than 2 revolutions of the weight. But it was easy to assemble.

I just got this in the mail today. It was easy to put together. After watching videos of women using it, it doesn't look like much of a workout, but I assure you, you feel it. It definitely takes work to keep the weight spinning. I will come update if anything goes wrong, but as of right now, I think this is a good low impact form of cardio for a lot of different ages, men or women. Any way to get your heart rate up is great.

I was excited to get my hula hoop that was buzzing on social media but, I was super disappointed. While putting it together, I had difficulties snapping pieces into place. There were also issues taking it off. Once I got it put together I was ready to go but the hula hoop was not. The tracker got snagged on my shirt a few times and it struggled to make more than 5-6 full rotation. I tried adding a link. That helped a little but not much. I will be returning it. I forgot to add that the counter was incorrect.

I like it and will use it but This has stiff tracks and is quite hard to take out links to adjust size. I'm not plus size but with all the links in except one, it is snug! If you're over a size 14 maybe 16 at most, I don't think it would fit you. The string holding the weight is very thin and cheap and will probably break over time.
