One support leg is broken and some of parts shape was changed so that it's very difficult to assemble. Otherwise it's quite stable.

I bought this for my kids (8 and 4 year old) and they absolutely love it. The delivery was very speedy and the bed is easy to assemble. It takes two people to put it up and the instructions are easy to follow. It is very sturdy and good value for money. Would definitely recommend this product.

Good value for money bunk bed which my nine year old loves especially the double bed at the bottom. Delivery was as scheduled so no problem here. I gave 4 star rating rather than 5 star as there was slight damage in 4 places; one slight dint on the bottom of each bed base one, one slight scratch on one of the posts and the biggest one which my husband had to knock straight in order to slot the bed together and the paint came off in this area where it was straightened but luckily this bit slotted inside where a bolt is placed so the damage can't be seen.Not sure where this damage was done whether by delivery persons or manufacturer but the packaging was damaged on arrival when inspected but the delivery men had left in my garage as I was at work. Great bed just wasn't in perfect condition but this is common with many items these days. 💤

awfull bed within few weeks all the mesh base is bent and its welding around the sides all undone ive had a bed like this before and lasted over 10 years this one dont buy its so poor quality weve had to put planks off wood across it to stop the matress falling threw till i can get another better quality one this is awful a waste of anyones money

Bottom bunk is not strong enough even for my 10 year old Daughter, needs to have extra support in the bottom area of the bed.Luckily I was helped by Customer Services to resolve the issues.

Very good service del on time,took a little time to put together but instructions very clear.Once erected very very sturdy kids love it and adults to.Only comment is some of the welds although strong could have been a bit tidier .Also on the double bed shame it didn't have a frame on the pillow end to act as a head board etc but never mind one never gets everything.Gary&Mary (Lowestoft Suffolk)

The Bed arrived well within the delivery date. I don't know if some washers were missing. I only got 3. Where the bolts go through tubing I think there should be washers and a shoulder for the bolt so that you cannot over tighten bolt and squash tubing. I do like the bed it is ideal for what I want it for.

At first I thought it was an excellent product, but since then the entire metal frame upon which the mattresses are placed have collapsed under my weight, let me be clear, I am not overweight, I weigh 160 lbs and the bottom bunk is a double bed designed to hold 2 people, my only conclusion I'd that the metal the bed is made from is not steel but more likely compressed tin foil, I mean if you seen how much they've bent and/or snapped off you'd be disgusted
