The only postpartum diaper you need! These are so comfy, I never leaked, and I ended up using the whole pack. Loved the stretchy waistband so they fit while my belly was changing sizes over the first few weeks. Honestly preferred these over the giant pads! And great for sticking ice packs and stuff in. I even gifted a pack to my pregnant friend cuz they’re that good! I’m 5’4” and about 140lbs. Would normally have thought to get the S/M for myself but soo happy I got the large because they fit my pregnant/postpartum belly way more comfy and weren’t too tight around the legs or anything. Will be purchasing for next birth!

I have been trying different brands and types a brand carries for several months. I got these yesterday and I can tell you I love the Always Silhouette. They feel more like regular underwear and so far have performed better that any others.

Fit is nice, soft and absorbent, but still creates irritation in sensitive areas. I only use them at night for leaks but still creates irritation.

Works great for your period. If you were between sizes, I definitely recommend choosing the larger one for comfort. It’s good at preventing leaks either way.

Holy moly I love these. I’ve worn them after my past 3 pregnancies and they are so comfortable and don’t show through to clothing so you don’t have to worry about looking like you’re wearing a diaper. Love these and the fact that they don’t have a scent is so amazing, especially because it’s not nauseating to smell while putting it on. The regular (scented) ones have a weird smell.

The package of 24 comes in a different wrapping than the smaller packs that I’ve purchased in the store. The panties themselves are sub-standard. So far 3 of them have leaked. The padding gets bunched together & then there is leakage on the sides. This hasn’t happened before; either I got a pack of “irregulars,” or their manufacturing process has changed. In any case, I don’t feel I can trust these panties. Fortunately, I have a package of the Boutique Discreet line. Ironically enough, those don’t irritate my skin the way this “Sensitive Skin” line does. The inside of the latter isn’t well finished; the material that is sewn down to cover the padding is left with raw edges. Those raw edges cause constant irritation & sores.

I've been wearing diapers every day for a few years now and I've tried so many. Always started making these just in the last year or so and they make a difference. Very soft paper almost like cotton, the bands around your leg are covered, they have held a whole gush of urine at times but if I wait too long urine does start running down my leg. Sometimes I can't get up fast enough to poop and it does hold up for a small amount, certainly not a blow out though. When I just have small gushes of urine the diaper wicks it away, sometimes I'll go to the bathroom and be surprised that I even peed because the diaper didn't feel wet to me.
