AXIULUO Onion Pickling Kit - Pickling Onions 4kg + Malt Vinegar & Special Pickling Spice Pack

I looked in all my local supermarkets for pickling onions but nowhere had any so i reluctantly ordered from Amazon, so glad i did. These are great quality, quite strong pickling onions with plenty of vinegar and spices to make a pretty decent batch.Very easy to make, simply top and tail and peel the onions, layer in a bowl and sprinkle a lot of salt over each layer and leave 24 hours. Wash off salt and dry onions with kitchen cloth and then simply place in jar, add spices and vinegar. I also added a few green chillis and scotch bonnets to give them an extra kick. Leave for 2- 3 months to pickle.

Onions where all in great fresh condition, plenty of vinegar and spice to be able to pickle all 4kg of onions, would highly recommend and l will use again.

What a great service and great product I was really surprised at the quality of these onions out of 4 kilos I only got 3 bad ones in the whole lot well done to the team and I will be buying more very soon

Item just as described by seller, spice mix seems to be really good. Will see in a few months when onions are ready.

product arrived when it said it would, everything in good condition. will have to wait a few months to see if it tastes any good. minor grip, is as other reviewers have said, no instructions on how to use spice pack!!

A very good product. This is my second purchase from Parrish Farms and the quality is excellent. There is everything here that you need to make very good pickled onions.It is a very good idea to have a package enabling you to do the complete job.I will certainly buy from them again.
