Good texture, taste. Much better than oversized pills

These really taste great and have a good consistency. I kept them at my work desk and took daily and had no unpleasant side effects.

These supplements are lightweight and easy to take in the morning. You won't notice much after having them along with your breakfast, but you'll feel a lot better throughout the day. Some sugar is also included to help you process the vitamin D, and a total serving of 2 gummies will give you 250% vitamin D with a total of only 15 calories. This is similar to my other supplement which contains biotin and has the same number of calories. With both supplements, I'm feeling significantly better since I used to have a slight vitamin deficiency because of my school's cafeteria food. The vitamins were vacuum sealed and fresh, and they're well-worth it. My cuts and bruises that had lasted month healed after 3 days of taking these supplements! You notice the different feeling you have when you start taking vitamins, and your skin will get better.Eat these along with your daily apple, and that will definitely keep the doctor away.

I didn't even know that lower levels of vitamin D was something people like me had to worry about until recently. I thought about getting it from a daily multivitamin so that maybe something else in the capsule would help my body absorb it, but the amount vitamin D in most of the supplements I looked at had barely any in them. So I chose this supplement because 1) I needed to start somewhere and 2) it has a significantly higher dosage than the other supplements I was considering. I've been taking these regularly since they arrived and honestly? I have noticed myself having more energy during the day. I don't know if my low energy levels are just stress or lack of sleep or what, but I've felt better since starting this supplement. I think I'd have to take them longer to know for sure, but for now I'm satisfied to say these are working for me in at least one way.

These taste nice. They are easy to take and come in a childproof bottle. Taking two a day is convenient and easy to do with these.
