I wanted to love these four baking sheets, which are used often. From the very first use, the "stainless steel" began to develop odd marks and discoloration all over the surfaces. They were beautiful right out of the package. The discoloration cannot be removed using a gentle cleaner such as Bon Ami to avoid any scratches. I am so disappointed. I did not contact Amazon in time to return the items before the return window closed.Also, if the baking sheets are immersed in water to clean them, water seeps inside the item, and the pan has to be drained for a while on its side before the water has finished draining out, and then have to leave it out hours longer to air dry before the baking sheet can be put away in a cabinet. Annoying, but at least I have not seen any sign of rust in the draining water.Disappointed in this product.

My old rusted baking sheets needed replacing in spite of their happy memories. These are easy to clean and will take a lot less care.

You can never have enough cookie/ baking sheets, and this set even proves it to you. This set is made out of stainless steel, making the product good quality and durable. With the multiple sizes, it helps when making different amounts of foods and can go in both the oven and the toaster oven.Con:Because it's shiny, reflective, and a light-coloured pan, food may burn faster, so you have to be on the lookout.

I took off a star only because the info claimed these pans don't warp. However, they do. The shape returns as they cool, but it's still a false claim. That being said, these are exactly what I wanted from steel pans. No aluminum and different sizes, most of which fit into my convection oven. The larger one will be great for larger sheets of cookies. I would really like to see flat square pans similar to these with only one lip for cookies and made in the USA

It looks beautiful when you open the box, and that is it. Extremely cheap material and paper thin. It bent after the first time and now it is ruined. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

What the happened here? I bought them and then broke my ankle so the pans sat in the box for a while. I got them out last week and began using the smaller two. We used a larger one just now and as you can see the entire pan has rippled at 400°. Now our pizza is not going to cook evenly. With Covid-19, we don't save boxes to return. This is horribly made. They're supposed to be stainless steel. Stainless steel does NOT do this. Hope its got UPS returns where they package.

They shine up after use beautifully with a bit of barkeeper's friend.Updated to include that these trays do withstand the highest heat setting of your toaster/convection oven.The recommended maximum use temperature of stainless steel is 700°F (371°C).Stainless steel is NOT non-stick. You need to use parchment paper or solid shortening under certain foods to keep them from sticking. Any cooked on bits can be removed by either soaking in hot soapy water or by scrubbing with baking soda paste or a gentle commercial product like Bar Keeper's Friend, or both methods for really dirty pans. Don't trust your dishwasher to remove burned on food/grease/oil.
