In 2014 I made custom rosary for my family with glass beads, they turned out beautiful.Now 9 years later I'm needing to make another one for someone and find out that the color has rubbed off the glass beads. And since one of the colors he's requested is Amethyst, I know the stone does come in bead 8mm size. I have started using stone now. And some stones are lighter than glass. As you can see it is beautiful.

Looked more opaque here and brighter.They are nice but not exactly as pictured.I'd buy again but knowing what color they are gonna be, not expecting what's shown.I had some beads the exact color above. Thought I was gonna get those.Again, still nice beads

These are beautiful large beads appear to be the 12mm as stated. They look like real stone. They're the perfect shade of purple I needed. Very happy with these beads.
