Absolutely brilliant!

Great product, great service, what's not to like!
Product is exactly as described. It was packaged very well with full instructions of what to do if you were not satisfied. They were easily used and are now hanging and look great. Great after service communication with the vendor. All in all a great service, great product. No negatives.

Frames arrived in poor condition
First frame ordered has a chunk of paint missing from the frame, so returned it.The replacement came with a knocked corner and paint missing. Poor quality.Emails bounce from the address for product problems.

Good price, good quality frame!!
A really nice frame at a very good price! Will be buying more!!! Very good quality and nice that it’s Perspex and not glass!!! Looks really good in our front room!!!

Good quality
Really good quality frame, well made and solid but not to heavy . I spent ages looking for a decent frame in the size I needed and these are perfect. The border inside is easy to remove if you don't need it. Will defintley buy from them again for any other frame I need.

Disappointed
Like many other reviews before this one, the frames were bought in good faith that they would be new and adequately protected from damage during transit/storage.Ordered 3 frames of which 1 arrived broken inside the box (and a damaged boxed like something had chewed off the cardboard), and the second frame had cracks on the perspex through to the back cardboard cover (seemed like an arrow or something had gone through from one side of the outer cardboard box to the other!I decided not to open the box of the 3rd frame by this time as it's likely it was probably damaged as well.The only 2 things which were right with this delivery were down to Amazon:- Prime next day delivery- The refund/return process simpleIt is disappointing that for £36/frame, it should be well packaged and protected but it just wasn't the case. I suggest looking at another product/brand.

Oui beau cadre mais manque une chose importante pour des photo ou poster pas de taille identique : la feuille décorative ou passe partoutDonc pas complet: très dommage car dans la description

Article fidèle à la photo et à sa description. Envoi rapide (effectué par Amazon et non pas par le commerçant) mais pas assez protégé, du coup les coins des cadres présentent quelques éclats. Le SAV du commerçant est néanmoins très efficace et a su trouver des solutions rapidement.
