I hate that all I can find now is the sulfate free version of this shampoo, because it’s the pits. This version makes my hair feel thin and stringy. Total opposite of what a volumizing shampoo should do. If I can’t find the regular stuff anymore then I’m finding a new product entirely.

This was open when recieved, spilled all over the packaging. Not the same shampoo you get from Ulta Beauty. Different color. Non sealed container. Threw it away . Was ripped off for 30 plus dollars. Somebody poured cheap shsmpoo into this bottle and didn't even tighten the top. Total rip off. Would like our money back. Thinking about not using Amazon anymore.

I used to be a fan of the big sexy hair products a long time ago and so I thought the shampoo and conditioner would be worth the money and I was wrong. Not only do these products not work - and I have straight hair, not too flat but not enough volume for my tastes - but the smell is loaded up with chemicals and kind of reminds me of a soured grapefruit. On top of that the texture is extremely thin, almost watery and the stupidly tall bottles tend to fall over when the product is all the way at the top, which is of course what you need to be able to get it out of the bottle. For the price that I paid it was not worth it and I regret giving this product line a try again. I've had better results from $5 bottles of shampoo and conditioner.

Have learned my lesson about buying hair products online.. This is definitely NOT the same product I got from my stylist. It looks and smells just like hand soap. Color is milky pink (stylist product was a clear amber), and the smell is different. Used it three times, hair and scalp felt gummy and coated. If there was a way to rate negative stars, this would get a -5.

I have fine. thin hair and this product adds volume without being heavy. My hair is colored treated and this shampoo doesn't affect the color. I've used the product for years and love it.

The shampoo doesn't suds up -- even on the second wash ( when it's supposed to) I feel like someone poured cheap shampoo in an expensive bottle and sold it. it's not really worth it considering you can go to a salon and get the read deal for not all that much more. I think I'll do that instead.

I have no problem with the product, but it arrived with shampoo leaked significantly from the bottom. The container has been taped, noticeably across the bottom. Apparently, before it was sent there ust have been a crack noticed and this was taped. Unfortunately that didnot work. I salvaged part of the shampoo by pouring the remaining shampoo into another vessel. This was no way to send a product.I feel I am entitled to compensation for this unfortunate mess. There was no way I could send this back!

I heard my mom complaining about Pantene so I got her a salon brand plus this smells great! She loves it. She had no idea there were shampoo + conditioner sets for "Sexy Hair"; just hair spray.

Amazing - am on my second bottle! Doesn’t lather much but that’s normal for a sulphide/sulphate free shampoo. Hair feels very clean, smells delicious and totally looks more volumised within a few washes. Get the conditioner too!

My husband loves this shampoo. But the delivery was out of order did not come to our door left it so anyone could have walked of with it.

Excellent. I purchased this as recently had hair extensions and needed a sulfate free shampoo . However I also suffer with psoriasis and have tried lots of different shampoos over the years. Since using it no itching, flaking.. wished i had tried a sulfate free shampoo before. Fantastic. Will buy again.

This is not genuine big sexy shampoo. It is the wrong colour, it’s pink should be white shampoo. Within a few hours of me using it my head was sore and itchy, which doesn’t happen with the genuine product.

Great for fine and frizzy hair, I just had Brazilian Blowout on mine so needed sulphate free shampoo, my hairdresser recommended that one and I really like it, smells great, will be buying big bottle next time...
