Q: Is this item durable ?

Seems to be so far. Very thick soles.

Q: My mother bought these as a gift but she bought the wrong size, how can I do a return ?! She didn't get a gift receipt.

Q: How do these compare to oofos in terms of comfort and support? They look very similar

Mine just arrived. I have been wearing oofos for three weeks now. They were suggested by my doctor for Planter Fasciitis. I normally wear an 8 1/2. These are a bit wider than the oofos in the size I bought (men's 8). They fit comfortably. I find them easier to get in and out of. The heel is thicker and not as spongy as the oofos. I'd say from a fit stand point they are more comfortable overall. I'm not certain if they will be more effective. I'll wear them going forward and we'll see if they help as much as the oofos did.
