These canned diced green chilies are a must-have in my pantry. I love adding them to chili, tacos, scrambled eggs, and even mac and cheese for a mild kick. These green Chiles are very comparable to name brand ones. Nicely diced, wonderful aroma, good color, good texture, mild taste, everything seems uniform next to each other. The taste was the same as the more expensive brands so i am happy with these and will continue to buy these as long as they are in stock. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures when preparing our meal using them and afterwards. I have a full can, it is dented that should have been used first. So that will have to suffice until I use another can and update. I date my cans upside down and place them upside down on the shelf to avoid dust settling on the lids. All 4 cans i got had a lengthy time until expiration date. We make alot of dishes using these. They add so much flavor to meals and are very versatile. I was afraid before using green Chiles, that they would be spicy, but there is literally no spiciness to these, there sure is a nice blend with their flavor though! If you have been apprehensive about trying them, go out of a limb and get them. They are cheap. You will be surprised at what they add to your meal and you may have a new favorite!
