Each pill is 100mg. So you do not have to take 200mgs. The pills are very small and easy to break in half if you only want 50mgs. They also dissolve super fast. I know I was drinking about 150 to 300 mgs of caffeine a day through coffee. It started to make me angry or stressed. I guess thats what caffeine does. It increases cortisol. Thats why I was getting more belly fat. So I stopped coffee and took one pill a day for 3 days. Then took half a pill for 4-5 days. Now I don't need caffeine anymore. The only caffeine I get now is from an occasional diet pop. And the anger and stress went away.

It works, but dissolves quickly, as in the moment you put in your mouth it'll start to dissolve. I take a few pills in the morning so I usually put them all in my mouth before getting a drink so I can take 'em all in one swig. But you have to be careful of these bad boys. Caffeine isn't known for it's taste so make sure you have your drink ready beforehand. Other than that, yeah, works great.

These pills are VERY SMALL and virtually impossible to cut in two much less four!! DO NOT buy these unless you ALWAYS take 200 mg each time!!! If I had known their tiny size, I would NEVER have bought them!!!

Well packaged. Nicely sealed. Each tab is only 100 mg. So servings are 2 tabs for 200 mg. Good boost of energy even at 100 mg. Solid product!

This product was great, it works fast and will have you ready for the day without having to get up and make a cup of coffee.

I was wondering how they packed 200mg into that tiny tablet. When I inspected the bottle closer i realized I fell right into the trap. In tiny print it says "per serving". A serving is 2 tablets. So, it seems like a great deal but each tab is only 100mg. I don't like the deceptive labeling.
