I love it
I use the cool setting for my puffy eyes and it really helps from the hassle of having to remember to freeze an ice pack. I love that it also vibrates so that I can also get a facial massage. It’s pretty much travel size it can fit in my small purse. This has really helped with my eyes I can use it whenever I need to. 9/10 👍

Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Functional; poorly designed controls; worst charging mechanism ever
In terms of function, this thing does exactly what you want it for -- you press the cold button, and the metal plate gets really cold. You press the hot button, and it gets hot. There's also a massage function, and I don't want to say what my wife thought that was for ....But the product is hampered to one small problem, and one huge problem.Small problem first. The controls are poorly thought out. The way it works is that you hold down the cold button to turn it on (using cold as an example). The little light starts blinking, and then turns solid. There is no explanation of why it blinks and then turns solid. The best I can figure out is that the blinking means it's in the process of cooling, and then solid means it's cold.Furthermore, the light is directly next to the button. So when you press the button, you cover it up with your thumb or finger, and can't see it -- which means you don't know if you pressed it long enough. The light should have been moved farther away. Also, the cold function stays on for only a little while (3-4 minutes) before turning off, which is unclear. Now the big problem. This is the world's worst charging mechanism. I was hoping the device would have a USB-C port, but was resigned to the fact that it would have a micro-USB port, or even worst, some proprietary barrel port. Not even in my wildest imagination would I have thought what it comes with. It's a magnetic induction charging mechanism. There are two little metal plates on the device. The charging cable ends in two little magnetic balls that stick to the two little metal plates to charge. Think MagSafe on the Mac.However, the magnetic attraction is weak. If you lift the device -- or even move it -- because they are balls, the entire cable sags. And 9 times out of 10, disconnects. So very finicky. You have to be extra careful to ensure that the device won't be dislodged during charging, or you'll break the connection. And say you lose the charging cable ... well, you're out of luck. I can't find any replacement ones for sale. And I've never seen anything remotely close to this sort of thing before. The charging light is also a single LED, that has one color. So you don't have any sense for how long it'll need to be charging to reach complete charge.Ultimately, function wise this is 4-5 out of 5. Control wise 3 out of 5. Charger wise 1-2 out of 5. Overall I would say 2-3, but I gave it 2 because it's so expensive. The problem is that I think it's the only game in town for this kind of device, so it's not like you can buy a competitor's product.
