Got these for a family member that struggles to fall asleep. I won't say that is perfect and fixed everything, but it helped make a difference. The family never wore for 2hrs for bed. Said it was annoying everything was orange, but survived.

I already own a cheap pair of blue blocking glasses and the lenses are clear. I was intrigued when I noticed that this pair came with Amber lenses. I am the type of person who has to watch TV until I get drowsy and I’ve noticed that wearing these help so I fall right to sleep. . The other biggest plus for me is that I’m one of those people that wakes up in the middle of the night and has trouble falling back to sleep. I pick up my phone and play solitaire again until I get drowsy and fall back to sleep, and I KNOW that I am able to because of these glasses
