What a great little set! Love that it helps with multiple issues from supporting your immune system, to providing antioxidants, to managing inflammation or helping with bruising. I feel like this set just helps with so much stuff, that I really see myself getting some use out of it. I tried this product to help with an inflammatory issue I was having. I tried the three in combination as recommended for over a month with no change. Regular acetaminophen worked, whereas these supplements did not move the needle. I was looking for a safer substitute. I am not doubting that cumin has been used for inflammation or similar problems, but I saw no intended benefit with this product. I also question why such food supplements never have any published, peer reviewed, scientific studies to back up their claims, why they typically say it takes months to see any results, and why they are relatively expensive. I think my questions contain their own answers. I am not a suggestible person, so placebo pills do not work for me. - JP Keller
