I ordered this product because it could be delivered quickly. The brakes do not lock except when hand pushing them. This means it rolls even when you need it to be still. The lock for the handlebar is also not very secure. It would be better if there were a pin to hold it in place but when on an uneven surface it can jar loose and will have to stop and reattach it. Don't order this one. The steering mechanism gets loose easily and needs to be tightened at least once a week. That with the brakes not lockable is a definite "NO".

It would be nice If the basket could face the seat so getting close to a counter, stove or sink would be easier. I needed it for my tendon reconstruction surgery.

I was really happy with the scooter--went through airports, to work, groceries. However, and this is a BIG however, on my way though the main door at work one morning, a wheel fell off! Fortunately I didn't fall over. After that, it was a constant struggle keeping that wheel on. I carried a hex screwdriver with me. On a trip, I forgot tool and had to keep hand-tightening the screw to get through airport to my gate. When the attendant brought the scooter back up to me, he said the wheel had fallen off and he had to get it back on. Fortunately, I didn't hurt myself--or my broken foot--any further. I wouldn't--without feeling guilty--give/sell it to anyone. I would like my money refunded.

Has helped my mom be mobile with a broken ankle. She has poor upper body strength and has difficulty using a walker and does not have the coordination for crutches. This has been a life saver. The cost is less that what it would have costed us to rent a knee walker for 2 months. The basket comes in very handy too.

A number of issues such as the handle bars are askew; they don't line up with the steering column, the instructions are inaccurate and very poorly written, and the steering column does not lock in place as it should. I would not recommend this product due to these problems.

Gets job done but far from deluxe

I like the price the knee scooter is very practical I use it to go to all my medical appointments it definitely served his purpose I know they're more expensive ones but this really fit in my budget

I broke my ankle and was not able to use crutches. I bought this 'scooter' to get around and it worked great.
