I have burned through 2 name brand food savers that were 4x the price. This one is excellent and even works great for moist food!

First time buying one and I will enjoy saving money with it. If it was just a little quiter and quicker. But a good buy for the money

We are new to the world of vaccum sealing. So far we have vaccum sealed about 60 items. The vaccum sealer held up well.We love that it doesn't take up much space and we can take it with us when we travel. My kids fight over helping us vaccum seal. They say it is fun and satisfying to watch. Lol! It's so easy to use.

It works good once you get it right..

So I was watching the shipping status from UPS and one of the stops said damage detected. Then the shipment was rescheduled for 4 days later. When it gets to my house the package is all banged up. The device looked fine but unfortunately none of the buttons would work. I cannot stress enough that this is not the fault of the seller. This is UPS messing up again. I called the number on the inside of the device, spoke to their customer service, followed their instructions and they are immediately sending me a new device. Great customer service.

Didn't like the fact it didn't work. They are supposed to send me another. If it works I will change my review. I talked with Ian on Aug 6th no replacement yet. How long does it take for replacement to come ?

Arrived on time as always. Was surprisingly small but very easy to use, as the instructions were very clear. Came with a few bags but you'll need a lot more so order them at the same time. You can reuse a bag if you want by cutting off the sealed part...very economical and convenient.

The media could not be loaded. Great machine but to be honest the best is the customer service with this company. My machine somehow stopped working after my return wondow closed and megawise customer service was amazing as they did everything they could and finally sent me a new machine as it was a default foam causing a problem. I strongly suggest you buy one and also be at peace knowing they have your back

Happy with the purchase after experimenting with various products. Caution when using "wet" or "moist" products such as pineapple or some meats. As the suction removes the air, moisture is sucked up as well, preventing the sealer from working. Don't know if this is normal, but many bags have been ruined by this.(Reason for the 3 rating). One of the side locks did not work, but WD40 solved that problem.

I got this cause I find freezer bags still cause freezer burn and this seals up stuff perfect and nothing gets freezer burnt.

I wanted to love this. But I tried and tired and tired all the different settings and no matter what, there is still visible air inside before freezing and more noticeable after freezing. All the ice/frost inside is all the air pockets that froze. Therefore it is not truly vacuum sealed.
