Great!
Compared to big name brands offering the same, this is a real value as it comes with a softbox and reflector. Doesn't require velcro tape to the flash head to attach which is a plus.

This product is made well and works as intended. Not the easiest to store in a small bag, but it works great nonetheless.

Good product but lacking some common sense improvements
This is an ok product - does the job. i just wish neewer would make it such that you could have support splines so that reflector won't keep collapsing on itself. the shape is unwieldy lol

Wedding photographer recommended
I shoot weddings and didn’t have any diffusers. Instead of buying very expensive ones for $100 or more, I bought this and was not disappointed. My only issue is that there is thicker cloth that heavily diffuses the flash. I would have liked a bit more light to break through.
