This is very nice product. about the pain it is not 100 percent, but it gives good support to neck for some time, and it can also be used in travelling. I got the product today only and tried it, but the best part is it is very handy and very easy to carry. Secondly this product i can now use in travelling via air or long-distance travel where i have to use cushion.

I’m not sure bout others but i didnt receive any guide book or any tag of the manufacturer. It was delivered to us in amazon box jn transparent plastic. Thats very unprofessional for the manufacturer to sell their product like this

It’s effective in traction but the build quality is not good. Stitching at the inner part creates rashes on the neck and air starts leaking slowly after few uses.

Bought this for my mom. Quality and performance are good. It could vary from person to person but my suggestion is to consult a physician once before using it.

This product had holes everywhere and the air does not stay in , how much ever we pump the air goes off completely and it becomes flat ,
