Excellent tool
Excellent item to use on swollen and sore joints. Stays cold for a long time. Has replaced my ice machine on my replaced knee.

Cold Metal roller
This is a great item to have after a full knee replacement. I use it on my muscles to reduce inflammation. It is naturally so cold and helps stretch out tightened muscles

A Good Product
First off, I would suggest putting this in the refrigerator rather than the freezer. I would imagine that the freezer temperatures cause the unit to fail and leak if left to thaw out and freeze over and over.I have been using this on as many joints/tendons/ligaments as I can reach that are sore after a recent return to the gym. It's works well and has a positive effect.I hope that the manufacturer will design a much larger and heavier version for serious athletic training recovery, that would be sweet.

Very solid and smooth!
I had to write a review because this massage roller is amazing! Easy to use with one hand, very solid and sturdy, and rolls very smoothly. The roller really does glide smooth and it stays cold if you want it to. It is a lot easier to use than some of the larger ones that have grips on both ends, like a rolling pin.This one is the perfect size to use on legs but easy enough to use on arms, chest, neck, etc because of the handle. I might buy another one to keep in my office!

Soothing, handy, no fuss relief
LOVE this roller! Does not need refrigeration to be effective! For someone with chronic pain, does not require a trip to the frig, wrapping ice in a towel. Quick and convenient to grab at a moment’s notice. So soothing. Great for tension headaches, sore muscles … whatever hurts.

Had to buy a second one
The liquid inside the wheel stays very cold somehow as it just sits on my recliner side table. Feels very good rubbing my thigh after hip replacement. My son is a runner and he loves how it feels rubbing his legs and thighs
