Good product.
Brilliant picture, okeyis sound, terrible Google TV software. I'm using with FireTV Stick for fullest satisfaction. (the FireTV remote not compatible with the TV yet)

I couldn't get it to operate at 120Hz.
I recently purchased the Panasonic TX-55MZ700B from Amazon, and I've been thoroughly impressed with this TV. While the advertised 120Hz refresh rate initially caught my attentionThe picture quality on this TV is outstanding. The colors are vibrant, and the images are crisp and clear, creating a truly immersive viewing experience. However, it's worth noting that the advertised 120Hz refresh rate didn't function as expected when connected to my computer. This was a disappointment as it was one of the criteria that influenced my purchase decision. Despite trying various settings and troubleshooting, I couldn't get it to operate at 120Hz.TX-55MZ700B is a fantastic TV that offers exceptional picture and sound quality, a user-friendly interface, and solid build quality. If the refresh rate is a critical factor for your purchase, I recommend verifying its compatibility with your specific setup before making a decision.

Android operating system is dire
This TV was used for streaming from Netflix, Disney and Prime. The set up was relatively simple although a QR code or similar set up from mobile would have been far easier than having to manually enter my Google account name and password. When the TV was finally set up i had difficulty using the already installed Disney app and My5 app. I deleted the Disney one and reinstalled but had lots of issues with it not working, this seemingly resolved itself as I abandoned my efforts and tried the following day and it worked. The picture on the set itself is very good when Panasonics motion is set to off. There aren’t lots of options for picture modes but dolby vision bright or dark will suit most.My TV however developed a fault after just 5 hours of use. There is now a line down the left hand side of the screen like a row of pixels that do not light up. It is visible on all content.I am returning this TV due to the screen fault but am not too disappointed as i feel there is a massive disconnect between the great picture and the dreadful operating system. If you are buying this TV to use with a streaming stick or Apple TV then I’d say go for it. If you are going to be relying in this TVs operating system to navigate apps and stream i would advise to look elsewhere. For £899 it’s good but for the regular retail of £1200 i would definitely look at LGs offerings instead, especially as their operating system is great

Fantastic Tv!
This tv is so good, I was thinking of getting a 60inch 4K LED instead of this oled because of the price I’d be saving, but I knew oled was going to be worth it, and it is. I’ve been using this tv daily for the past few months since I brought it, for movies and gaming with a ps5, and I’ve had slim to no problems at all, only one problem where I couldn’t get the Chromecast to work on my iPhone or pc or laptop, but it did work on someone else’s phone in my house which was weird. Besides that this tv is very good and worth it, I’ve been scared of burn in and you should too, so if you buy this tv, remember to do all the precautions on settings, but it’s worth it for the colours and blacks the oled offers. Also one more little thing, as far as I know, there isn’t a way to make the hole screen completely blue for colour correction, so your going to have to buy a blue filter off Amazon or something annoyingly like I will. 👍

USELESS MODEL
Good points:- Great picture for price- Better Chrome features than a Roku- Sound is okay quality for slimnessBAD points:- General software e.g- sound muting and TV guide broken within a week- had replacement, same thing happened.- No pre-timing function in the guide. This is missing on a lot of modern TVs which is a huge oversight.- Amazon use UPS as 3rd party to collect and it's impossible to know when they'll collect or set it up before warranty runs out.- Extremely slow to respond but I would expect at this price point so it wasn't a major issue.- I can't stress how many bugs this TV has software wise. It's cheap because it's been manufactured and designed quickly. So many things KEEP BREAKING.If they can't make a reliable working 4k TV at this price then they shouldn't pretend they can.

It has a good picture, but the built in system features screw up my AV amp
I had issues with my Samsung 4k tv screen, so I decided to go for the Panasonic Tx-42MZ700B, because of their reputation in the OLED panel configurations. Oh it just such a pain to get it to go to Ultra 4k and not 2k. There is also the limited system options that have been greyed out or just missing. The positioning of the duck feet at the very corner of the set is another stupid design feature with this set, and only used on this model. There have been many frustrated users complaining about the difficulty of getting 4K playback through the E-ark conector. Whilst my Samsung TV had no issue working with Apple 4K TV, Sky hd satellite and Sky Puck, this set would not want to talk to my devices. It would not remember when manually set in the system settings and go back to doing whatever it wanted. Namely returning to 2k resolution even though it was receiving 4k data. The only way I could get 4K to work was to ditch their E-ark socket and used the other HDMI socket. This then let my devices force the set to go to 4K when there was 4K material. This I can verify using the onscreen system config on my Denon AV.And then it is the time it takes to turn off the set and turn on. You press the power off on the remote the picture goes blank but the power indicator stay on. It's in limbo mode as I call it, this can last up to 5-6 seconds from after the screen goes blank before it goes into standby. The it can start flashing green, which I only found out from web forums that this means the screen is being calibrated. I have to use my other devices remotes to control the volume of the amp.
