1 leveled scoop + 200 ml of water steeped for less than 4 minutes yields a very sour cup using the inverted aeropress method. Upping steep time to 6-7 minutes helps reduce sourness significantly, but it's still a bit sour towards the end of the cup and at this point, the cup gets cold by the time I'm finished drinking it. There's a pleasant sweetness in the aftertaste, but I'm not sure if this is the right grind size for aeropress. Should be a bit finer imo.

Good coffee with mild sweet notes

Love the texture, roast and the graininess of the coffee according to each filter. If you like a perfectly balanced coffee which is not too strong and not too light then go for this.

When you open the packet you ll get a nice aroma. But when I grinded it and made coffee it has no taste. I increased the quantity of coffee that I grind still the taste of coffee was not coming out. Not expected from such an expensive coffee. Later on I noticed that even the aroma went off after 2 days of use. That means they add something else for the aroma, its definitely not coming from the coffee.
