These chewable tabs are an excellent alternative to those undesirable gummies. Use for working out or even on rest days. It says to take 3, but if you don't want to take 3, you can decrease that amount and still get the effectiveness of a great pump or rest day. They taste pretty good and no need to mix pre-workout powders. On a subscription, you can feel good as they are a terrific value.

I have tried a lot of different creatine brands, and this is by far the best one yet. Unlike others, this is very gentle on the stomach and doesn't cause any bloating. The quality of the tasteless Creatine seems great. Product is fine but packaging could use some upgrades. I never knew there was a serving scoop until I poured one container into another as there is so much space in the plastic jar that you can add the second jar of creatine into a combined single jar and save space. I am sure the answer is "settling" but I say its a marketing eye candy for a larger container of product with only half of the jar filled inside. You might as well bring out a new box knife to trim a neat circle to unscrew the lid. I did not have success opening a single jar without tearing the front label. Also, there is no adhesive on the label so it just falls off. Honestly the label is so loose on the jar that you have to tighten up your grip as a mixture of powder behind the label and not being glued makes it slip while trying to unscrew the lid. I ordered four jars and decided to weigh two of them and saw that both were over the promised 400g. That is a little bonus. I hate to waste and since the jars are not clear I will have to toss them as I like to recycle and use as visible storage containers but my heart is just not into these jars for an after life. Now to get some in a flavor to see how that is. By dollar to amount of product I do feel this is the best value I could find so sometimes the savings comes at a cost (packaging in this case). One jar did have a lot of loose external powder and the jar did not seem to have a leak unless the vent on the foil seal was part of it. Also, use a knife to remove the aluminum seal. The seal is so melted to the jar that it breaks off in small chunks.
