Recommend
Very easy to install. Works perfectly so far (had it for about a month or so). Ordinarily I would not have chosen this gold finish but because I wanted to match existing hardware, I went for it and am pleased.

It works great and looks good.

Easy install
Easy to install. Just a note: if you turn it too far (past the 'click') to lock it during the install, it cannot unlock itself. Just back the lock off a little bit and then it will be able to auto-unlock. I chose this one because I didn't really need a smart lock, just one that my teens can in if they forget their keys. All the smart lock reviews seemed like they burn through the batteries and have connection issues. This one doesn't seem to have those problems.

Looks good and works well
Easy to install. Programming took several tries until I did the factory reset (instructions included with the device) after which it worked as expected

Not quality built
I bought 3 of these this spring, and have had issues with all 3 of them within weeks. We have airbnbs and 30+ similar locks, these are not worth the hassle. Get the Schlage ones.

Easy to install in an existing door replacing a dead bolt. Easy to program.

Works as advertised. Install was easy, just follow the instructions. It seems to me that a lot of the bad reviews are operator error.
