Noticeable difference, great buy
These flashed up on Facebook so I thought I'd take a chance. I have an hour each way commute, mostly in sight of the North Sea so it's often quite windy. The day before these arrived there was a 25mph head-wind for most of my journey. Deafening roar, as normal. Getting home to these, I fitted them. Not really sure which fitting was "right", I tried one of each. The next morning I set off in slightly less windy conditions, with the left and right sides differently attached.Quite simply, the noise level compared to the previous day was amazing- and noticeably different from ear to ear. Having worked out the best setting for me, I refitted the Airstreamz for my return journey. As described in the ad, you can hear much more around you. I ride country roads, often at night, and hearing vehicles as much as a quarter of a mile away made a real difference on the ride home. As a nice fringe benefit I could also hear more of the sounds of nature. Even though the wind was less in play, the wider benefits of improved hearing were immense. I'd estimate a 60% reduction in noise.I know some reviews mention price. In a lot of pubs you won't get 3 drinks for the cost of these. I pride myself on being a bit tight, but see these as a great purchase. I've already recommended them to my mates.

They are easy to fit and work well
They arrived well in time and are really easy to fit. They do block out quite a lot of the wind noise, not all, there is still a little bit, but hearing traffic coming up behind is greatly improved. Good product all in all.

Great!
Look a bit daft but I don’t care because they work great. They don’t cut out all wind noise but they damp it down so you can hear other things around you. Can hear cars approaching, people speaking, birds tweeting. Lift one away from your ear and the wooshing sound returns to remind you how good they work.

These don't work
I think I'm more annoyed with myself for buying these than I am with the vendor for hawking them.I was looking at a couple of expensive pieces of fluff (these cost me £22.63) and talked myself in to buying them because I figured they must be at least partially effective at that price. I may even have been happy with a 50% reduction in noise. What I actually got was no noise reduction at all. They're wrapped around the down-strap, just in front of each each, exactly as shown in the various images, and they've made no difference at all. I even took one off to see if one ear fared better than the other, but there's no difference with or without them on.Hoping I've kept the packaging so I can send them back.

Pointless
Took a chance on these to lower the volume required at my headphones. Simply don't work at all and look ridiculous.
