I’ve tried a few nose hair trimmers over the years, but this wax kit honestly works better than anything else I’ve used. It comes in a neat little bag with everything you need: the wax pot, sticks to apply it, moustache covers (great idea — no accidents there), and antiseptic wipes for cleaning up after.You microwave the wax, dip the stick in, insert it, wait a bit, then pull. Sounds brutal, but it actually works really well and clears the hair properly — way better than electric shavers that just buzz around and miss half of it. You get a much smoother, cleaner result.Only downside is the microwave part — you do have to be careful not to overheat or spill the wax, as it gets really hot. But once you get the hang of it, it’s quick and tidy.At this price point, it’s a no-brainer. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something that actually works and gives you a proper clean result

I don't have lots of nose hair, but it's been annoyingly itchy so thought I'd give this a go. Not that it makes any real difference, but I'm a woman - noses are obviously not gendered, and it is kinda nice that it's not marketed as a masculine product. My hairs are somewhat fine so I wasn't sure they would be picked up, but it worked brilliantly.First of all: read the instructions. Yes, do it! No seriously, I hate reading manuals too, but this is actually really helpful, especially on my first note below, and the instruction are even pretty funny.When heating the wax, make sure to turn the heat down on your microwave! It specifically states to heat it for 3 minutes on 500W. That's much lower than most microwaves, and is probably why some reviewers have had their pots melted. It took a bit longer than 3 min but was no problem getting it to the right consistency. As a bonus, it smells really nice! (Remember to turn the heat back to normal on your microwave or you might wonder why it's so crap all of a sudden, like I did...)It'll probably take some practise to be able to apply it in the best way in your own nose, but the sticks are handy and most hairs were caught. Then wait 90 seconds (and get laughed at by the boyfriend who didn't have the guts to also do it!) and pull it out fast. I've never done this before and realised I have to pull way harder than I thought.It actually didn't hurt! I thought that was just a lie in the instructions and although I know my pain threshold is fairly high, I know what it feels like to pluck nose hairs. This hurt way less than plucking individual nose hairs, eyebrows or even waxing legs or face. This is probably not the case for everyone as we're all different, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was pain-free for me.Finally, it's disgustingly satisfying to see all the hairs in the wax afterwards. Highly recommended!

Wax took several minutes to melt, worked well although did need to repeat on one side.

Works exactly as described. Make sure you follow the instructions and tutorial video as consistency of the wax and waiting long enough before pulling is key. Good quality items in the kit, perfect.

This was surprisingly easy to use though a little painful, but worth the slight pain as the wax removes plenty of nose hair and much easier and simpler ( ish) than the nose trimmers. Have bought this 3 times now.

Followed the instructions to a "T" but found that it doesn’t remove all the nasal hair i.e. I've had to apply twice each time. Also, apparently it is completely painless, errrr, I wouldn’t entirely agree.

Brilliant stuff, does the job, a wee bit painful but well worth the money. Do me ears with it as well. So highly recommend

My Kenashii Wax arrived yesterday and I just so happened to have two willing participants to try it out. My boyfriend has been complaining for a while now about unruly nostril hair, and in all honesty they are like pubic hairs - we're talking super gnarly strands from the ballbag of Satan himself. My friend Jack has also been complaining of the same problem, he's a chef and has considered wearing a hair net over his face because his nasal caves are so out of control.I was in charge of this grooming process and the application was really easy, I was nervous as I've never tried anything like this before. But seriously, just follow the instructions and you'll be good to go.Now, as much as I love these guys, they are total pansies - I've seen them both with a common cold. It's not pretty.I can't even pluck their monobrows without someone shedding a tear...THIS WAX THOUGH. They were both LOVING it.'oh my god...this actually smells really nice''it feels quite good mind'And then, after 90 seconds of laughing at them trying to drink beer with plastic sticks up their noses, I yanked out the wax. I was expecting pain, tears, swearing and cursing...nothing.I'm not saying it's painless, BUT, neither man-child had anything to complain about. Their eyes didn't even water. That's a big deal.The best part is seeing what came out of their noses. It was gross and awesome, really satisfying, they were HYPED. 'Look at my porcupine bro'...bless them.They both said that they could feel the difference, that breathing was breezier now, and they spent a good five minutes checking themselves out in the mirror.I will definitely, definitely be buying this kit again, and will be recommending it to my other friends and family. Brilliant stuff.
