Size four would fit a midget. AVOID
The size I ordered is about three sizes smaller than stated. Crap and cannot be returned. Not surprised that they do not accept returns of a terrible product. AVOID

When I wore the first pair they felt very small. The stitching came apart easily. Absolutely no use for me.Do not buy from this seller. Payment should be refunded but too late to do anything.
