The media could not be loaded.  LOVE this collar! No complaints at all. Has extra links so that you can make longer with growing and can be shortened to your likening. We have a South African mastiff that weighed 130lbs when we first bought this collar who wore this collar up to 165lbs (currently). He’s a GIANT STRONG growing pup. This collar makes a world of difference! He walks like an angel on it and I have much more control and he can’t pull nearly as much. He is super strong and I can’t walk him much on a regular collar. We were able to teach him to walk next to us on command with this collar. I walk him every single morning and night daily and use this collar as his daily collar. We only take it off at night for bedtime and sometimes when he naps. Says not to use on a lead but at our own discretion we do. It has been amazing in that manner also(we watch him on the camera or in person when he is tied to the lead to use the bathroom). We can tell it DOES NOT hurt him even with the prongs which I was worried about. He actually LOVES his collar and sometimes whines for us to put it back on. Again, directions share this is more for training and walking purposes but we also used it daily and have had amazing results. This dog will one day be about 200lbs and I’m so grateful this collar allows us to train him in such a simple way. He’s been wearing it for 6 months! Re ordering a new one today because he just broke off of the collar from the lead saving me from being attacked by a crazy squirrel in my yard (True story! Lol) I trust that it wouldn’t of broke had its not been such a serious situation. My dog is insanely large and strong compared to most and I DO trust this collar. Photos attached. Veryyyyy happy with this collar. I never write reviews and this was worth a LONG GOOD REVIEW.

This collar was just what we needed. His last prong collar was thin and broke when he went after a squirrel. I like that there are rubber covers for the prongs to ensure comfort and I feel like the collar is sturdier with the dual clip on rings. It was easy to adjust the collar to his size.

Update;The company reached out to me and really listened. I was given a full refund….A company that actually reads their reviews and works to resolve problems,.. so great!Turns the white fur all under the collar dark…And thats with only using it for training times….

I think this is too expensive but I have been through 2 other ones that keep falling apart on the links. Also, this one has a buckle that will allow to place around the neck instead of pulling over dogs head, the latter can end up getting a prong in the dogs eyes.This is an excellent design and an excellent product.Strongly suggest you get one of these!

A BIG game changer when it comes to big dogs. My Service Dog loves to pull every where we go but the instant I put this collar on she stops pulling and is by my side ready to perform her daily duties.

The super stiff links made in difficult to remove links to reduce the collar size, then I mixed up putting the links back together and I just don’t have the hand grip strength to get these taken apart and fixed again. The Velcro strap cover coils is only useful if you use all the links. After taking out 2 links its was too long and I had to discard the part.Not adjustable to smaller length. Do they make a tool to compress these links. It hurts my hands.don’t buy prong collar unless you have the pinch strength of a giant Lobster.

Easy on easy off

We liked our Hermspringer, but it was still difficult to put on our excitable wiggly pup. Since we only do 5 minute training sessions, the collar is a lot less practical in practice, being that it was so difficult to place on our dog. Hence this collar.The prongs facing opposite directions is a MUST- the buckle is a definite improvement over our last collar and now I can't believe I had to look so hard to find something like this! It works as well as as our fancy name-brand German collar, and the prong caps and cover make this one a 10/10.Our 60 lb Doberman uses a small and I still had to remove links. The collar comes with 2 extra links and extra caps so we can adjust it as she fills out. Very well thought out product. Would buy again!
