How many pounds of pressure do the finger stretchers have?

I would guess up to 5 pounds. But, check with the manufacturer for an exact weight. If they don’t meet your specifications, you can always return them to Amazon.

Would these be good for trigger finger/thumb exercise? Are there instructions? Thx

There are no instructions. With the exception of the squeezable egg shapes, they are pretty challenging and take strength. I'm sure if you kept at it, whatever exercise you did with them would in time make you stronger. You could squeeze the donut or pinch the egg and work up to the finger stretchers.

How do I contact the seller directly regarding info about this product?

should be a name of contact on the box or check your ordering page

Do these contain latex?

I apologize I do not know, I am not allergic to Latex, and so I just bought it without finding out if it had latex in it.
