This was a very appreciated Christmas present! I got it for my son who is a computer tech studying to get his degree in Computer Science/Forensics, & this was the one he had picked out to buy for himself. But I got it before he did & I hit a homerun with it.

Fitbit almost always displays a message saying that it is not charging due to insufficient output from the charger. Ignore this, as it is still in fact charging.I prefer this base over the magnetic cable, as the connection from that method always seems to worsen over time. The cradle on this base prevents that issue via the cutouts for the side buttons.

I love using this charger for my Fitbit Ionic. Easy to use & you get a quick charge. I waited to give a review until I used it for more than 5 charges and I am a happy customer! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I purchased this, but it only worked about 25% of the time to charge my Ionic. Usually, I would plug in my Ionic at night, and it would show me how much was charged. In the morning, I would remove the Ionic and it would have the same level of charge. Occasionally it would actually charge to 100%, but usually not. I returned it.

This item works as intended... However, a warning to other Ionic users who have Protective Covers! The fit of this stand/charger is so exact that with any deviation to the device's dimensions, it will not fit! I had intended to return it, but the postage for return costs too much to justify it, as is, have a phone stand that won't charge my phone, I guess?Pros:Solid build, decent cord length, good magnet on charging connection.Cons:DONT FIT IF YOU HAVE A IONIC CASE, doesn't have a phone charging option (or even a good place to snap a cord into the base).

It was on time but the charger works when it want to. Always say not enough power source.

I love this charger. It still works well, sadly I cannot say the same for my ionic 🥺 RIP

This stand is perfect on my bedside table. The charger that came with my new Fitbit Ionic wouldn't stay connected and charge but it stays connected on this charger. I have limited space so my iPhone sits perfectly on this holder. Very convenient and keeps your digitals well organized.
