This is the best Pilates bar I have ever purchased! I bought one for my 74 year old mom who absolutely loves hers as well! Everything is in perfect condition and exactly as described!! The wall chart is such a helpful tool to learn more ways to use the bar! Even came with a door hanger sign warning others not to open the door while you are using the door tool and exercises! And even more impressive to me was the nice thank you letter included with personal note! What a wonderful thoughtful company! I am not a good gym go-er and am usually not consistent working out at home either, but this is so easy and effective! I have used it 4 days in a row and am already seeing and feeling results. What would make it even better is if they included more exercises to do (they include a great chart with 20 exercises which is great) and also included more than one door holder thingy so that I could have them permanently positioned in door. I love it!

Lo compré para hacer rutinas en casa ya que no puedo ir al gym, se ve muy funcional para múltiples ejercicios, y agradezco mucho que traiga una guía bastante completa de ejercicios por realizar ya que a veces no tienes idea de cómo o qué hacer. Hice unas sentadillas y debo admitir que puede ser un poco incómodo, recomiendo tener un espejo para asegurarse de hacer los ejercicios con buena postura y con la mejor técnica posible…

This was very easy to set up and the purple/pink color is very cute. Durable and equipment is easy to disassemble. Comes with large poster of works out u can do and instructions are easy to understand. I get a good work out doing this for just 15 mins that takes me longer at the gym to achieve
