The Wrong Sister

An average read.The story revolves around two sisters, Tasha and Alice who might look alike but they are not the same from inside and their husbands, Aaron and Kyle. Tasha and Aaron decided to take a break and Alice offered them her luxurious home while Alice and Aaron come to live in their house.Someone attacked at Alice and Aaron. Alice is in hospital and Aaron is dead. After sometime, Tasha received a note " it was supposed to be you."Now let me be honest with you all about this book. It has a good concept but the execution is not that good. I didn't connect with any of the characters. And this book shows that you can get away with murder. I don't like it.Narration and characters of the book are ok ok.Overall, it's an average read.

A brilliant book. Once l started to read it,it was very hard to put down. A great twist at the end.

Wow! This is such a fantastic book. I’ve read all of. Laure Douglas’s books and loved them all, this one is the best of all. Had me gripped from the very beginning.

I really enjoyed the book, apart from the ending and some loose ends which were never explained. Does anybody know who killed Zoe or did she accidentally fall Into the pond? The story within the story of the missing sister was interesting and well put together. I’d guessed it was Alice who killed her husband without recognising why. And two people in Venice are chased by someone with a knife and they don’t report it to the police? Parts of the book just don’t stack up. In saying that I’d recommend reading it.

This has been the first novel by Claire Douglas I've read and I have to say... Wow !!! It had me gripped from page one, the twists and scenarios painted kept me completely intrigued throughout. So much so I've just purchased a further two novels by Claire and I can't wait to get started on them ... Thanks for a great read, time just flew by whilst I was engrossed in its pages. Definitely recommend this excellent novel.

Great book. Been waiting for Claire’s new book for a while. Read in a day and a half with a full time job. Could not put it down (as with all her other books). Highly recommend!!
