I love this pan. Perfect for omelets, one pot meals, grilled cheese, burgers, veggies, etc. This is my go to. Nothing sticks, cheese will slide right out. I especially like how deep it is, I can make a whole meal in this pan and it not spill over. The cover with vent hole is great and you can drain grease with the cover on tight and not worry about the cover slipping and losing half your food. Cleaning is a snap, wipes right out, no scrubbing necessary.

The media could not be loaded. Used it for about a month and am very satisfied with it. Nothing sticks so easy cleanup. I Like wooden handle, easy to maintain and cleanHandle stays cool & large enough to grip. This pan is a delight to use -- feels good while grasping it, looks good and cooks good! I'm very satisfied with it and would buy it again. I have small hands and have trouble grasping a 12-inch pan, so this is exactly the right size and bulk, yet it holds all the chopped veggies and other items to make a meal for one person. I bought the 10-inch, deep frying pan and use it so often that I just keep it on my stove. As a single person who likes to cook, I find it the perfect size for one or two portions of pasta, ramen, or small batches of soup or stew. It heats well so you can saute meat and vegs and then add other ingredients for a one pot meal. If you want to reheat food on the stovetop instead of in a microwave, this pan is good for that too. The added benefit is that it is tough to burn anything in it as long as there is a little liquid. It's also super easy to clean and unlike some other kinds of non-stick, it can go in the dishwasher, even on the bottom rack. Altogether, a terrific, affordable, lightweight pan!

I bought this pan because I was tired of stirring stuff in a shallow pan and having stuff spill out. This pan is DEEP; I can cook large meals with ease and I have yet to have anything fall out of the pan. If you have limited space then this pan is for you. It is very solid and sturdy, heats up fast, and cooks food evenly. My only gripe is that the non stick coating is sensitive to scratching.

Don't expect a speedy delivery or good communication, but the pan is so incredible you won't care. It's the perfect size for 2, nothing sticks, washes out with the swish of a sponge, and beautiful enough to set on your table to serve from. I bought it to use camping with a induction burner, but it quickly moved to my kitchen and is now my favorite pan for everyday. WOW.

This is the second deep skillet from Carote I have purchased. I already have the 11 inch...and loved it so much I bought the 9.5 inch too. Obviously the 11 inch is larger and heavier. Sometimes I just want to brown some chicken thighs or other meat for myself so the smaller skillet is all that is necessary and easier for me to handle. I just made an fantastic beef stew...browned onions, garlic, meat and potatoes, carrots, celery etc...all simmered in this deep skillet with cover...cooked evenly. Stew was moist and oh-so-yummy. The lid has a small vent in it...and the skillet has the ability to pour out the gravy into another bowl or plate. Easy clean up. Handles do not get hot. I highly recommend these deep skillets!

This pan is wonderful for cooking anything from Burger to sauteed veggies. I also have the large saute pan and I won't use anything else. Food comes out great. Clean up is easy.
