Very easy to use and works perfectly. The spring action prevents balls being retrieved from falling out. Also fits easily into my golf bag.

I ordered this retriever in 2022 and only used it about 3 times and went to use it a few days ago and the spring was broken, making my retriever useless!..I contacted the seller and Eric from the WITHLIN store responded to my message. I explained to him the problem with this particular retriever is that the spring is the weak link in this product design as it is vulnerable to damage making the retriever useless and there is no fix to it!...I asked for a replacement retriever but another design that would be more durable. He asked me what I would like as a replacement and I chose the design that has no spring but the center of the ball cup has a beveled center that is smaller in diameter which holds the ball in the cup as the ball is being scooped up and retrieved. He said no problem and I got the free replacement in 3 days!!..that was amazing!!..I cannot says enough about this seller's customer service!! I think this will much more durable and trouble free as there no moving parts in the retriever cup!! Get this design and you won't be sorry!!!

I really like the size as it’s small enough to fit in my golf bag yet extends long enough to reach those out of reach balls. Getting the balls on the scoop end is a bit challenging at first but once you have it mastered it locks your ball in place and it won’t fall out until you have it in hand. Works well for balls in water and even swampy marsh. Paid for itself the 1st time out ! 4 stars because it is a bit tricky to learn but once you do you will be glad you purchased.

This is my 3rd purchase of this type of ball retriever... by far the sturdiest! Expands easily and works fine. It's heavier than my others were, but that's a good trade off.

Works as it should. Nice quality. Pretty blue handle.

Good ball retriever. Works well so far. I initially liked the clip on the side which hold the two circles of the retriever together so it doesn't get bent up in the golf bag. But turns out, the clip moves to the lock position while trying to pick up a ball and prevent it from working. And the shaft broke after a bout a year.

Have had two of these before. This one is stronger and much more durable, plus it does not bend easily.

The retriever rod is easy to use once you figure it out, paid itself very fast. Love it.
