I’ve ordered discounted item, cause box was open. It arrived perfect. Be careful! Remote is Hidden in one of the inner cartoon supporting boxes. I searched for it a lot before to find.

The noise level is great, it is not too loud that you cannot hear the tv or have conversations over the sound. But does produce a sound so you do know that the product is working. The auto setting is probably the best, but the higher speed you put the fan on the louder it will be.
