Hitachi 55" Class 4k UHD HDR TV with Roku TV - 55R80

Image is great, function is great. But it came out of the box with ghost bars (like two burned in bars across the screen) that are only visible on dark static screens. Seller had no interest in resolving and just referred me to a maker warranty that required I throw a bunch more money at it.

Outstanding picture quality and overall general performance.

This TV is amazing. Even used it was literally brand new! Absolutely the best purchase we’ve made on amazon. The picture quality is insane! Shipped so fast, I’ll never purchase another TV anywhere else than this company. We were worried because a price for a TV that large, as well as a Roku TV in 4K online might be a bust. We were sorely mistaken, seriously it’s gorgeous.

I had the fever to upgrade to a larger 4K TV, but didn't want to spend a lot of money. My 11 year old Vizio was still going strong, so it was hard for me to justify buying a new TV.This TV doesn't have Component or S-Video inputs, so some of your old devices won't connect, or will require adapters. It does have composite, but for a 4k TV, why?Picture is good, sound adequate (but will be run though my 500w Sony receiver, so that's not an issue), built in Netflix, Roku, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.The remote has very limited functionality, all action taken with on screen menus. I have not been able to find an emulator for my smart phone.Definitely higher end TVs out there, but this one covered all my check points:- Ethernet in- Tuner for digital broadcasts- Optical Digital Audio Out (fiber optics)

Got ours from Sams club a couple of days ago. Easy to hook up and mount to existing TV stand. Easy to power up and set up program. Nice pic and sound. So far so good. Got a 4 year extended warranty. Heck yeah. Was on sale for $399. Carry out the door. Replaced a 12 year old Sanyo.
