This is my first smart lock. It's work great, it stop me locked myself outside anymore. No more keys that’s cool for me ,just fingerprints of everyone in our family. And also can set passwords and open it with Bluetooth.make life more convenient,I like it and recommend !

I’ve changed out many door handles in the past and this installed pretty simply.. got it connected to WiFi and setup.. All pretty easy for me… but problems soon started. Normally I enter house from garage so front door didn’t get much use, but the handle started coming loose when I did.. so I would tighten and add gridlock, yet it still managed to wiggle. Then using the finger print… well let’s just say after doing multiple entries for each finger, I’d say I could count the times it worked on 1 hand… So that’s been a worthless addition, and I mays well say the same about the code lock!! I usually have to enter it 2-4 times before that works… and sometimes the pad fails to turn on so u can’t see the numbers in the dark.. I had much higher expectations, and I hope they can improve the product because it everything I was looking for..

Easily installed the touch-pad front-door handle kit. Is stylish and looks nice. Really like the touch-pad feature to lock & unlock, rather than relying on a key (especially like not having to dig through my purse for the key!). So far, mechanism is easy to operate and open & close via latch is smooth. We feel safe & secure with this new touch-pad, front-door handle kit.

Bought this item for the look and the combination of features. Fingerprint, fob's and passcode. I like the functionality of being able to unlock the door from my phone. Especially from inside my home when I am on the other side of the house OR in the yard. I am a 52 year old woman and installed this myself. Took a bit of lining up and making sure, checking twice, but I finally got it! Would recommend.

There are 5 ways to open the door, my favorite is fingerprint and App control. And it is easy to input the fingerprint on the locker, I just put my thumb on the screen and it lock or unlocked the door automatically which is pretty convenient. And for App control, my friend just go visit me, and I canunlock the door instead go to the door, it is also very convenient. I recommend it very much.

So disappointed with this door system. Going to throw it away and buy a legitimate door again. Doesn’t show if locked or not on phone and can’t always lock it from phone either. Key pad doesn’t always work either. So disappointed in it.
